A couple filed a lawsuit against ac/dc for 250,00$ do to them using there phone number in the song "Dirty deeds don't come cheap"
In 1981, Norman and Marilyn White of Libertyville, Illinois filed a $250,000 lawsuit in Lake County, Illinois. Against Atlantic records because, they used their telephone number in their song, Causing them to get hundreds of prank phone calls.
Their lawyer stated that the song's 36-24-36 digits were followed by a "hey!", to his clients sounded like an "8", creating the couple's phone number. Which you know resulted in prank calls.
Nowhere is there stating they won, or didn't win . But since then AC/DC continued to use that number in the song. Thus proving they didn't get what they were looking for in this case.
Does this mean they didn't win, no it doesn't I just can't seem to turn up any evidenced that would prove they did. If you found this interesting and dug up some new evidenced, that can help me finish my post it would be much appreciated. Till next time
